It was a fantastic film & I'm so glad you got to see a screening of it! Thanks for asking & I hope we get an answer for you soon. \m/
Agreed, Halloween & Friday the 13th easily taught us that less is so much more when our own fears & paranoia's are worked against us. Dead Silence rocked, definitely a film I'll be putting on this Halloween! Thanks again for commenting & have a scream of a week! \m/
It was screened today and I'm dying to show my friends, it was AMAZING!! I couldn't make that, how could a 14 year old do it???

Comment on The Outlandishly Over Rushed Debacle

I totally agree with you. I recently watched Insidious and I couldn't quite figure out why I wasn't really scared by that film. It had a good idea and the actors were great! There was plenty of opportunities to be scared, but it just didn't work. Now I know why! Believe me, I understand. I wish some directors, etc. wouldn't focus so much on CGI effects and try to get back to basics. Think of those simple masks that were worn in Halloween and Friday the 13th. Those dudes scared the crap out of us and all they had on were simple masks! Hollywood definitely needs to get back to basics and really think about what worked before and use that as a jumping off point to try and scare us. And you are right about Dead Silence. That movie was scary!

Comment on Critters; 1 & 2, They Want Your Food

This movie reminds me of childhood. Fear every night :) back to the earliest years. If someone not seen yet, I recommend to see.

Comment on The Howling; My What Big Teeth They Have

I found your blog while looking for reputation management sites which is odd, but I'm glad I did, this was a fun read and a good break in my day!
